Welcome to the "Help Hayley" website. This site has been established by Friends of Megan, mother of adorable Hayley Ann. As a friend of Megan's, you are aware of her love for her daughter and of the relentless litigation she continues to endure while trying to maintain her custodial rights. Although in 2001 Hayley's father was deemed "unfit" by the San Diego Court system, recommended to receive supervised visitation two hours every other week, diagnosed a malignant narcissist, and ordered to undergo intensive psychological counseling, for the past nine years he has continued to use his financial strength and professional relationships to persevere in his attempts to gain full custody of Hayley. As of November, 2009, Megan has been served with 46 legal motions, spending over $350,000 of personal and borrowed funds in her defense. As a single, working mother, she is rapidly running out of the ability to continue defending her daughter.

11/19/2009 - New Website Launch
Megan is having a birthday on 11/30, and we can't think of a better birthday gift than having her friends unite in support of her and her tireless efforts to keep her daughter safe. With the next court date set for February, 2010 (in which Father is seeking child support and sole custody from Megan), we are hoping to raise $10,000.00 to provide Megan the legal support she needs to protect her daughter. Help us reach our goal!!
